Ky dokument specifikon kërkesat për bashkuesin e shpëtimit për kompletet e trenave në përputhje me Specifikimet Teknike për Lokomotivat e Ndërveprueshmërisë dhe mjetet lëvizëse të pasagjerëve (TSI Loc & Pas). Ky dokument përcakton bashkuesin e shpëtimit të parashikuar për të lidhur mjetin e shpëtimit të pajisur me grep tërheqës, sipas EN 15566 së bashku me trenin që do të shpëtohet i pajisur me bashkues automatik të tipit 10 sipas EN 16019.
