Standardi EN IEC 60309-5:2019 zbatohet për një lloj të vetëm prizash, spinash, lidhëses së anijes dhe hyrjes së anijes, këtu e tutje referuar si pajisje shtesë, të destinuara për të lidhur anijet me sistemet e dedikuara të furnizimit në breg të përshkruar në IEC/IEEE 80005-3. Kjo pjesë e EN IEC 60309 vlen për pajisje trefazore me një kontakt tokësor dhe me katër kontakte pilot. Ky botim do të duhet të lexohet së bashku me IEC 60309-1:2012.
