Surge suppression varistors. Zinc oxide, insulated with uni-directional leads. Rigid terminations. Suitable for soldering and for printed wiring applications. Maximum continious voltage at 25° C: 4 V r.m.s./5,5 V d.c. to 1000 V r.m.s/1465 V d.c. Voltage at reference current (1 mA): 9 V to 1800 V. Temperature coefficient at reference current: -(0,09% K-1) max. Isolation voltage 2500 V. Climatic category: 40/085/56. Assessment level S.
