Standard SSH EN 12331:2015 “Food processing machinery - Meat mincing machines - Safety and hygiene requirements”

The standard specifies the requirements for the design and manufacture of meat mincing machines. The machines covered by this standard are used for mincing fresh or frozen meat, meat products and fish. Mincing machines for domestic use are not covered by this standard. This standard specifies the hazards that may arise during the operation, cleaning, use, maintenance and decommissioning of the machine.
