On February 3, 2023, the first meeting of the DPS Technical Board for 2023 was held. Participation in the meeting was mainly online, where the majority of members present expressed their confirmation and approval of the annual work program for the adoption of standards and changes in the DPS Technical Committees.
The members of the BT reviewed the materials sent in advance; Lists of standards proposed for adoption during 2023 and Changes in the DPS Technical Committees (KT), which will function during this period, according to the order of the meeting program.
The Technical Committees that had changes, in terms of new memberships, were in the field of Environmental Quality, the food field and the construction field, DPS/KT 230 "Water, air and soil quality", DPS/KT 275 "Food product analyses - Materials in contact with food" as well as DPS/KT 288 "Performance of special geotechnical works".
At this meeting, the Technical Board approved:
The Annual Work Program for adoption, year 2023 (about 1700 standards of which 1270 standards of European origin (CEN, CENELEC, ETSI) and 430 standards of international origin (ISO&IEC);
The composition of the Technical Committees, for the same period.
The next meeting of the Technical Board, for additions to the Lists of standards for adoption and the review of requests for participation in the TC, will be held in the second week of July 2023.
