Scope

This ETS describes and defines a recommended set of Teleservices to be supported by a GSM PLMN in connection with other networks as a basis for defining the network capabilities required. Teleservices not included in this ETS should not be introduced unilaterally by a mobile network operator, if the provision of this service requires that the GSM signalling specifications are modified.
