DPD-ja e zhytjes nuk mbulohet nga ky dokument. RPD të përdorura në operacionet me çarje pa karakteristika shtesë mbrojtëse nuk janë të mbuluara nga ky dokument. Në lidhje me kalimin e RPD, edhe pse disa kërkesa të cilat përcaktojnë përdorimin në lidhje me kushtet e ikjes të RPD janë dhënë, nuk mbulohen nga ky dokument. Testet e performancës laboratorike dhe praktike janë përfshirë për vlerësimin e konformitetit me kërkesat.
