IEC 60384-8:2015 aplikohet për kondensatorët e fiksuar prej qeramike dielektrike me një koeficient temperature të përcaktuar (dielektrik Klasa 1), e parashikuar për përdorim në pajisje elektronike, duke përfshirë kondensatorët pa tel por duke përjashtuar kondensatorët e fiksuar me shumë shtresa që montohen në sipërfaqe prej qeramik dielektrike.
