Scope

The method is applicable to products having sodium contents from 0,02 to 1,0 % (m/m), and potassium contents from 0,08 to 3,0 % (m/m). ISO 7969 should be read in conjunction with ISO 4297. Specifies principle, reagents, apparatus, sampling, procedure and expression of results.
