Tantalum capacitors with solid electrolyte, porous anode (sub-family 3). Polar, resin dipped, unidirectional terminations. Rated capacitance 0,1 to 680 µF. Capacitance tolerance ± 10%, ± 20%. Rated voltage range 6,3 to 50 V d.c. Rated temperature 85°C. Climatic category 55/125/56. Assessment level E. Long life grade. (with Amdt. 1)
