Meeting of the Steering Board of the General Directorate of Standardization (DPS)

The Board of Directors (BD) of the General Directorate of Standardization (GDS) held its meeting on 17.02.2025.

The meeting was initially chaired by the Chairman of the Board, Mr. Edmond Sheshi, who opened the meeting, leading it according to the agenda approved by all members.

The agenda, among other things, contained:

• GDS objectives for 2025.

• Discussion and opinions/proposals of the Board for the following progress.

• GDS Work Plan for 2025 and measures/tasks for the realization of the objectives.

• Miscellaneous.

The decision of the meeting was:

Approval of the DPS Work Plan for 2025 and the abolition of members who were not active in the Technical Board and the approval of 3 new candidacies:

  1. Pëllumb Metohu;
  2. Besnik Qoku;
  3. Taulant Spahiu

For the next meeting of the Board of Directors, the date will be communicated between the General Director and the Chairman of the Board of Directors and will subsequently be communicated to the other members of the Board for approval.
