It focuses on the inequality that arises from the specific gender roles assigned to women, girls, men and boys and is applicable to all types of organizations (public or private), regardless of their size, location or field of activity.
The standard does not address specific aspects of relations with trade unions or works councils, nor country-specific regulations and compliance regarding gender diversity.
