DPS has published the standard SSH EN 17191:2021 "Children's furniture - Seats (stools and chairs) for children - Safety requirements and test methods"

The standard specifies safety requirements and test methods for designated seating, specifically for children, who are able to walk and sit on their own. It applies to seating intended to be placed on the floor for domestic and non-domestic use, including day care centers and for indoor and outdoor use.
