DPS has published the standard SSH EN 15284:2007 “Materials and articles in contact with food - Test method for resistance to microwave heating of ceramic, glass or plastic containers”

This standard specifies a method for determining the heat resistance of ceramic, glass or plastic cookware when heated in a microwave oven. It applies to cookware that is frequently used for heating in a microwave oven. The standard does not apply to disposable plastic cookware.
