DPS has published the SSH standard ISO 20410:2017 "Tourism and related services — Watercraft for hire — Rental services and complementary experiences"

This standard defines the minimum level of service and equipment requirements for boats offered for hire for navigation on seas, lakes and rivers. It is applicable to any individual or organization offering a watercraft for hire.
