Biography: Riza Hasanaj , General Directorate of General Directorate of Standardization was born in Tirana, on September 16, in 1960

In 1988, he completed the University studies for Mechanical Engineering and the studies for MSC - Mechanical Technology, at the Polytechnic University of Tirana.

From 1988 to 1993, he worked at the Electrotechnical Enterprise, Tirana (State Entity) as a Mechanical Engineer, Technologist.

From 2001 to 2009, he worked in the private sector (National and International Logistics Services), as a General Manager.

From October 2009 to January 2014, he worked as the Director of Standards Directorate and the Secretary of the 10th Technical Committees, near DPS.

In January 2015, he was appointed as General Director at General Directorate of Standardization (DPS)
