Particle Size and Concentration Measurement –– multi-wavelength light extinction method

Scope

This document describes how to measure a light extinction spectrum at several fixed wavelengths and how to transform the spectrum into information on particle size and concentration. The applicable size range is 0,1 to 10 μm at a concentration of 0,01% to 1% by volume.
