Scope

This document specifies recommendations and requirements for the selection of coating materials, pretreatment, coating preparation and post-treatment, as well as quality and performance evaluation of laser cladding coatings used for cold hoppers, water walls, high-pressure turbine blades, and low-pressure turbine blades of thermal power generation equipment.
