Scope

The objective of this new Standard is to provide an alternative method for determining the moisture-holding capacity of coal to satisfy the demands of different fields in the world wide. The proposed document specifies a method of nitrogen-filled atmospheric pressure for the determination of the moisture-holding capacity of coal.
