Scope

This document specifies general requirements and quality inspection methods for parcel lockers installed to be used by the public.
NOTE          This document applies to the collective cluster box units installed in apartment houses, subways, companies, and public facilities. Mailboxes, storage spaces, or containers for keeping personal belongings are excluded.
