Scope

This document specifies test method for determination of thermal shrinkage of man-made filament yarns in dry-hot air, when measuring during shrinkage.
It is single-end method gives the result by automatic measurement.
This document is applicable to synthetic yarns and not applicable to partially oriented yarns.
