Scope

This document provides requirements and guidance for enhancing overall territorial innovation-driven capabilities and developing ecosystems that support innovation capacity in cities and communities.

It is intended for use by organizations, urban planners, policymakers, researchers in economic and social sciences and other stakeholders, including citizens, involved in sustainable urban development to promote urban resilience and shared wealth and quality of life.
