Në lidhje me 112-eCall (kërkesat e funksionimit të përcaktuara në EN 16072), ky dokument përcakton përshtatjet me specifikimet eCall të përcaktuara në EN 16072 dhe dokumente të tjera të lidhura për të mundësuar ofrimin e eCall për automjetet me dy rrota me motor. Ashtu si me dispozitat ekzistuese për eCall për automjetet e kategorisë M1/N1, këto janë të specifikuara brenda paradigmës së të qenit pajisje të përshtatshme OEM të furnizuara me automjete të reja. Për qëllimet e këtij dokumenti, aplikohen kategoritë P2WV 'L', siç përcaktohen në Direktivën 2002/24/EC, Rregullorja (EU) Nr 168/2013, UNECE dhe siç referohet/specifikohet në EN 15722.
