IEC/TR 63018: 2015 (E) specifikon një udhëzues për përmirësimin e humbjes së sinjalit duke përdorur materialet e shuarjes së zhurmës (më poshtë referuar si NSMs) për FPCBs. Ky Raport Teknik gjithashtu tregon një metodë matëse të ndryshimeve të humbjeve të sinjaleve të FPCBs duke përdorur NSMs duke përdorur pajisjet e analizatorit të rrjetit.
