The scope of this Technical Committee (TC) is the adoption of European standards/documents (CENELEC) and international (IEC) as Albanian Standards (SSH) and Albanian Standardization Documents (DS), regarding the definition of electrical and electronic equipment, as well as their use. The scope of this TC extends to the standard set for Wind Turbines, Power Transformers, Low/High Voltage Distribution and Control Equipment, Voltage Works, Low/High Voltage Impulse Protection Equipment, Rotary Electric Machinery , Magnetic Materials, Wind Power Generation Systems, Accumulators & Batteries, Overhead Lines, Nano-generation, as well as Energy Management Systems adopting:
standards that provide information about the definitions, terminology, usage, performance, maintenance, improvement, implementation guidelines, test methods and apparatus, safety requirements, and other information necessary to users of these standards; mainly producers, consumers, state institutions and technical inspectorates, academies, laboratories, etc .;
standards related to the use of these devices taken separately, as well as their use in assemblies and systems used in all areas of life (industry, health, energy, transport, etc.), as well as their effects on users and impact in the surrounding environment etc.
Electrical and electronic aspects of equipment, types, limits, uses and limitations are within the scope of this EC.
