This European Telecommunication Standard (ETS) specifies the general aspects of the frame relay service that is common to all frame relay services independent of the network on which the service is offered. This ETS is applicable for all network-specific frame relay service definitions. This ETS should be complemented with standards for the network-specific part of the frame relay service.
