Scope

This ETS applies to the TETRA Packet Data Optimized (PDO) radio air interface standard with the specifications of layer 1, 2, 3, following the ISO model. Concerning layer 1 it defines the radio aspects like modulation, radio transmission and reception, synchronization, channel coding and multiplexing, radio link control.
