Scope

The present document specifies methods to measure the ability of the following products to be disassembled: 1) servers; 2) data storage equipment. The present document covers: i) ii) The ability to disassemble, with particular regard to assessing that joining, fastening or sealing techniques do not prevent the disassembly for repair or reuse purposes. The provision of instructions on the disassembly operations, including the type of operation, the type and number of fastening technique(s) to be unlocked and the tool(s) required.
