Scope

This Technical Basis for Regulation (TBR) specifies the technical requirements that apply to Satellite News Gathering (SNG) Transportable Earth Stations (TESs) for compliance with Articles 4.1 and 4.3 of the SES Directive [1]. These SNG TESs have the following characteristics:
