Scope

This second edition European Telecommunication Standard (ETS) provides the test principles used to determine the compliance of an Implementation Under Test (IUT) for the requirements specified in ETS 300 011-1 [3]. It is outside the scope of this ETS to identify the specific tests required by an implementation where equipment has to meet attachment approval. This ETS is applicable to interfaces IA and IB as appropriate. The field of applicability is reported at the beginning of each test.
