Scope

The scope of this ETS is the further development of the CCITT Signalling System No. 7 protocols for both the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) and Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) following the publication of CCITT Recommendations Q.701 to Q.708 [1] to [8]. This ETS is applicable to the international network and is not meant to restrict national networks.
