Scope

The present document specifies the security architecture enhancements (i.e., enhancements to the security features and
the security mechanisms) to facilitate Machine-Type and other mobile data applications Communications enhancements
(MTCe) as per the use cases and service requirements defined in 3GPP TS 22.368 [2] and the architecture
enhancements and procedures defined in 3GPP TS 23.682 [3].
