DPS has published the standard SSH EN ISO 712-1:2024 "Cereals and cereal products - Determination of moisture content - Part 1: Reference method

This standard specifies the reference method for the determination of moisture content in cereals and cereal products. The standard applies to wheat, rice, barley, rye, oats, flour, semolina and sorghum. This method is not applicable to maize and legumes. NOTE: For the determination of moisture content in maize, ISO 6540 is applicable, and for moisture in legumes, ISO 24557 is applicable.
