The SSH EN 203-1:2021+A1:2023 standard specifies requirements and test methods for construction and performance characteristics related to safety and rational use of energy for commercial catering equipment and ovens, fuelled by gas, designed for indoor use. This standard is valid for all professional cooking equipment and ovens, fuelled by gas and used for the preparation of food and beverages. The equipment specified in this standard does not use gases containing carbon monoxide or other toxic compounds.
