Scope

This document specifies the general technical requirements for development and maintenance of safe and convenient walkways in the communities. It is intended to guide the design and upkeep of the walking segment of the street systems in urban/rural areas, including for the purposes of planning, development, and maintenance. It is also applicable for redesigning and redevelopment activities.
