Scope

This document specifies the quality and safety requirements for Morus alba root bark derived from the root bark of Morus alba Linne (Moraceae). This document is applicable to Morus alba root bark that is sold as natural medicines in international trade including Chinese materia medica (whole medicinal materials) and decoction pieces derived from Morus alba Linne (Moraceae).
