Scope

This new proposal provides a guidance to implement modal testing for system, subsystem and units of launch vehicle and spacecraft, acquires the parameters of the structure completely and accurately, and evaluates the test results. The proposal includes test requirement, modal test methods, test system, identification of modal parameters, test procedure, and test results evaluation.
