Microphysiological systems and Organ-on-Chip systems — Digital twins and computational modelling

Scope

This document gives requirements for the analysis of microphysiological systems (MPS) and organ-on-chip (OoC) systems data using digital twins and computational models, covering aspects such as experimental design setup, in vitro to in vivo translation, and mechanistic modelling of on-chip data.
This document is applicable to all stakeholders of MPS and OoC within the fields of biotechnology, pharmacy, chemistry and other application fields.
