Scope

This document specifies functional properties of pre-applied microencapsulated adhesive on threaded fasteners, without (MC) or with (MCL) integral lubricant.
It specifies a suitability test of MC/MCL on a defined reference screw as well as a system test of screws with MC/MCL at room temperature and at elevated temperatures.
