Scope

Specifies a method to determine the location of the centre of gravity. Other procedures may exist and be used, employing more elaborate and sophisticated methods and equipment, such as tilt-tables and cradles. Annex A gives a method of determining static loaded radius, Annex B includes a standard of test report.
