Scope

This secon edition cancels and replaces the first edition (ISO 5744:1983). checks the correct functioning of pliers and nippers.The test parameters habe been specified on the basis of the functional uses of the tools. Gives load test, wire cutting test, torsion test, soft wire cutting test and hardness of gripping surfaces.
